When I left London I thought I won’t be surprised anymore by a restaurant there. But I was wrong. One more time, I presented the city to my aunt, with my sister and mother and this weekend the weather was like shit.
So, to comfort us, I have booked Koba on Saturday night a Korean bbq restaurant, only two steps from our flat, in Fitzrovia. What a nice experience we had.
The atmosphere was intimate and the decoration minimalist with wood and stone. I liked it. The staff was very efficient and helpfull. And the food was amazing. For diner, you have the choice to have starters to share. We had the gyozas and kimchi vegetables, then you choose between the different meats and seafood you want to grill. We had beef in different way. Go this with jasmin tea and sides.
We finished with excellent desert : iced mochis and nuts cake with vanila iced cream. Everything was tasty and fresh.
Next time, for sure I will go back to try the rest of the menu.
