I dare Ceviche is one of the best Peruvian restaurant in London. It is almost impossible to have diner without booking or you need to be patient. This evening with my friend we were very lucky.
From 1 hour to wait for to have a seat to the counter, we had one in 20 minutes and the waitress was really nice and adviced us about the dish. We ate in the first part of the restaurant which is not so bad because the big room with the tables is a bit noisy. Regarding the dishes, you can shares small plates to try a bit of everything. I advice you the `Lomo Saltado’ which is amazing, the beef is so tender and the sauce tasty, The ‘Don Ceviche’ with seasoning and fish with fin flesh, the ‘Nubes de Arequipa’ which are cauliflower tempura are good but the sauce is disappointed regarding the level of the other dishes.
Go your dishes with a Peruvian beer or a ‘Superchaco’ made from Guava, ginger, lime ginger ale and lemongrass cordial.
You will be so pleased to taste a bit of Peru.
